Future

How reckless is stupidity diverted to oneself?
How many of the same mistakes is one entitled to make?
How careless does one need to be before becoming one’s own bait?
How far into the past does one need to see before being freed from its shelf?

Temptation

When silence is self-imposed, it enriches illusions and cleanses sullen thoughts, whilst its infliction by others causes anger to pass but an insisting deception to grow.

Prose

Sighing is to disappointment what tears are to sadness. But when smiling makes you slumber, you have no choice but to share it.

Indolence

To accept what is given without proper pondering and careful consideration; what a sluggish pace to face the stream.

The Membrane

IF you fill your interior with accumulating thoughts and swelling ideas, mindsets may commence to mold.

What is the use of inner richness when it leaves the outside devoided of interest?

When the content is as impressive as it is private, the surface will be deemed just puny.

Words of Others

My Expired Photographs are all about the effect of time and how the traces left behind by the past shape and influence the world around us today.

Neil Atherton -

Dualities

«Nous sommes à la fois tentés par l’hominisation des animaux, ce qui révèle souvent nos projections fantasmatiques, et par la bestialisation des hommes, une autre manière pour nous de figer l’autre dans une animalité »        Antoine Spire

Repair

Je joue à me faire peur, comme un enfant (comme un enfant)
Je pense tout et son contraire, comme un enfant (comme un enfant)
Je danse, j’ai le coeur à l’envers, comme un enfant (comme un enfant)

Destruction, like construction, is a human expression and a paradox of life because it is can be both good and evil. My personal point of view is that destruction is inevitably linked to repair.

Writing Drains the Brain

***

Corporeal

**

When the head is the lid
And the voice is the key
The heart is the twist
That unveils the need

The ribs are the chest
And lungs can be love
That unlock what is best
From within the soul

Voyage

Dreamy journey
Sand, sun, summer
Clouds, cats, cuddling
Sea, hills or desert
Inwards or outwards
Cheerful echoes
A dive in the snow
Waterfalls of happiness
Shower the unknown

Marathon

Run run run
Optimism versus pessimism
Mind-murderer
What’s next in the chain
Back to the start
Gain the again
Repeat but improve
Clear the clouds
The sky lit the line

The Exercise

Dam-like, water force
Opposing impulses I know so well
A pound lock, rising rivulets
Fighting to emerge from my own dwell

A Prayer

Anxiety is the antecipation of fear
Fear is ignorance about the unknown
The unknown is something to be discovered

And that is all there is to it.

Turn

It is hard to persevere through times of doubt when one is being pulled back

In focus may lie the answer
